tea for one | ginger

I've been feeling a little under the weather, lately. It may not be doctor prescribed, but I've been drinking this ginger tea by the mugful and it seems to be the perfect tonic.

1/3 cup roughly chopped ginger + 4 cups boiling water

boil. strain. sweeten with honey.

Enjoy.
