weekend reflections

Tastes of our weekend:

morning bagels and coffee for two:

five grain everything with garden cream cheese, toasted and wrapped in waxed paper.

glazed ham and potatoes. also reisling.

chocolate cheesecake and jelly beans galore.

Scenes from our weekend:

trecking up north for a weekend spent with family.

easter eggs dying(our skills have not much improved since we were children, it seems).

book shop perusing.

a morning spent walking around Saratoga Springs--

we kept to the sunny side of the street, as the shade was just too cool.

a visit to the tea shop in husband's home town;

we re-filled our empty tins with enough loose leaves to last through the summer.

mostly, we simply celebrated Christ's resurrection. Indeed.
